Trial terms

Eligibility and authority

You must be authorized to create a workspace for the named dealership or organization. Account information must be accurate, and credentials may not be shared outside the assigned user.

Trial period

The trial runs for 30 days from provisioning unless extended or ended earlier. No payment method is required to start. Continued paid use requires a separate order, subscription, or reseller agreement.

Authorized use

You may evaluate the platform for lawful dealership marketing and operations. You may not bypass access controls, probe another tenant, submit unlawfully obtained data, send communications without required consent, or use agents to create deceptive, discriminatory, unsafe, or prohibited content.

Connected systems

You remain responsible for authorizing each integration, choosing permitted fields and write actions, and complying with provider agreements. Credentials must be stored securely. Vicimus may pause a connector that threatens security, data quality, or platform stability.

AI and approvals

AI-generated plans and content require dealership judgment. The workspace owner defines agent authority and remains responsible for offers, disclosures, budgets, audiences, publications, communications, and legal or OEM compliance. Policy gates do not replace professional review.

Availability and ending the trial

The trial is provided for evaluation and may change. Either party may end it. Contact sales@vicimus.com before expiry to discuss conversion, export, or closure.
