Privacy notice
Last updated September 5, 2026
Scope
This notice describes how Vicimus Marketing OS processes information for dealership trials, accounts, connected systems, agent activity, support, security, and platform operations in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Information we process
- Account and dealership information supplied during setup.
- Authorized DMS, CRM, website, media, service, call, and warehouse data.
- Configuration, entitlement, audit, security, and usage metadata.
- Communications sent to Vicimus support or sales.
How information is used
We use information to provide and secure the service, operate dealership-authorized marketing workflows, measure outcomes, enforce permissions and consent, support users, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Dealership data is isolated by workspace and is not shared with another dealer.
AI processing
AI agents receive only the workspace context and permissions needed for an approved task. Actions that cross configured policy boundaries are held for human review. Model providers and subprocessors are governed by contractual, security, retention, and regional requirements.
Choices and rights
Depending on location, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction. Dealership customers should normally contact the dealership that controls their record. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@vicimus.com.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as needed for service delivery, contractual obligations, security, audits, and law. Controls include tenant isolation, encrypted transport, hashed credentials, least-privilege access, expiring sessions, action approvals, and audit records.
